Created in partnership with our friends at POM Wonderful, this tart, flavorful @pomwonderful cocktail is a party-worthy plus-up to whatever menu you’re planning – from a massive apps spread to a sit-down dinner – even a dessert buffet! It adds a bit of sparkle – and is equally festive as a mocktail for guests who want to skip the vodka.A little behind-the-scenes prep work on the ginger syrup, and you can start mixing these up as people arrive. Once you add the POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice and a few other ingredients, you’re ready to show off your cocktail shaker skills (work it! haha). Top each off with a tablespoon of POM Pomegranate Fresh Arils as you hand them over to your verrrry happy guests.

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS

2 oz Vodka

2oz POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice

1 oz lemongrass ginger syrup (see recipe below)

½ Tablespoon Fresh lime juice

Top up with a splash of club soda 

POM Pomegranate Fresh Arils to garnish


Lemongrass ginger syrup

Yield: 2 Cups

Ingredients:

1 ½ oz lemongrass, sliced ¼”

½ oz Fresh ginger, peeled and sliced ¼”

1 Cup Sugar

2 Cup water
